Verification Process

We utilize the latest technology as well as our “3 Step” verification process that ensures we have done everything possible to verify the accuracy of the information collected from the claimant before delivering a completed intake questionnaire to your firm.

Our “On-Shore” trained intake specialist starts the Interview and qualifies claimant. This ensures that your firm’s case criteria is met while entering all Intake questionnaire data received from the claimant Into our proprietary case Management System.

After the intake interview is complete and criteria has been met the intake representative introduces claimant to a case manager for re-verification of all intake questionnaire data, confirms Docusign is received and performs other administrative documentation chasing duties.

After the re-verification process is complete, our on staff paralegal supervisor reviews each file again to ensure criteria has been met and all documents have been received. We then send completed file to your firm’s secure portal for your access.
